2011 Twelve Days of Christmas (Part 3)

According to legend (and Wikipedia), the original twelve days of Christmas song talks about the twelve days between Boxing Day (the day after Christmas for my non-Canadian readers) and the Feast of the Epiphany. Personally, I prefer to keep my Christmas carols before the holiday, so I’m starting a holiday countdown today leading up to Christmas. Just as I did last year, I’ll be counting down to the date 12 days of Christmas style, albeit with a modified version of the song. Be sure to check back every day for the next item on our countdown. Backstory: As referenced in this XKCD comic, there’s a sickening (in my opinion) trend of the exact same Christmas song being played every year with no variety.
